Quirk #1:  Raw chicken
I am so afraid of raw chicken, it's not even funny.  Thus whenever we have chicken (which is often) I always end of over cooking it because I am so afraid of just a little pink.  I guess I am a little bit of a germaphobe.

Quirk #2:  Prefectionism
I am a total perfection freak.  I get so worked up when things aren't just perfect.  I try to be flexible, and it doesn't bother me if others aren't perfect (besides my kids and husband of course :)  But sometimes I wish I could just do as my dad told me
all growing up .. "Relax would ya!!!"

Quirk #3:  Strings
I love the string section of the orchestra.  There is a feeling that I feel when I hear that string section playing that cannot be described in words.  My whole self fills up with, I don't know, amazing happiness.

Quirk #4:  Movies
I love to get lost in movies.  I don't love a lot of movies, but the ones I do, I will watch over and over again.  Some of the most recent:  Dan In Real Life, Music and Lyrics, and Sense and Sensibility.  I love the end of Sense and Sensibility when Edward is there with Elinor and she has been holding in all these feelings the whole movie, and he finally tells her that his heart is and will always will be hers, and she just starts sobbing.  Oh man, it's the best part, I could watch it over and over again!

Quirk #5:  Germs
I really don't like germs.  Especially ones that you get from shopping cart handles and gas pump handles.  I don't know, those two things really make my hands feel dirty.  So I always carry some Bath and Body Works antibacterial lotion in my car, so I can help rid my hands of germs.  Is that weird? I don't know.

Quirk #6:  Family
I just really love my family.  My husband, kids, mom, dad, brothers, in-laws (all of them), neices, nephews, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends that are like family, etc.  There is something about knowing there are people out there in the world that love you for you and accept you for who you are and hopefully understand the greater eternal perspective on things and give great advice and understanding.  It's just the best thing in the world, and I really rely on it and love it so much!!
