The boy's room before

All of the windows looked like this before

The boy's room after.
Will really wanted the blue and red somewhere, so we settled on the stripes at the top. It turned out o.k. I think.

Amazing, that is my dad and my mom. They came to our house for 10 days during Christmas and New Years. We had such a good time and the kids loved spending the one on one time with them. Well, I am sure they thought it was going to be a relaxing vacation, but little did they know, we were going to work their little fingers to the bone.
We had recieved some molding from a friend, and I really wanted to break it open and use it. So at first it was just doing some molding around Emma's bedroom window, and then some chair rail, and then some crown molding. Easy enough, right? Wrong, the project escaladed and after 5 days, 5 windows framed and painted, one more room done with chair rail and crown molding, everyone had had enough.
We finished painting the boy's room (with much needed touch up still in the works) last week and finally got around to post the pictures of the projects. I only have pictures of the two kids rooms, but the windows in the other rooms look just as awesome!
So to my parents and their tireless efforts, skill, and lack of R & R, I say Amazing, simply Amazing!
