Well, I guess it really is some sort of virus. We took Emma to the Dr.'s office and she was o.k. They asked me if she had any blood in her stool, which she hadn't, so they left us with a sticker and a good luck. Later than evening, as I was getting ready to go a mutual activity, what was in Emma's poop, was it Mr. Lincoln you might ask, nope, it was some blood. So Buddy took her to the Urgent Care, while I went the the activity. Emma was so brave, they poked her for a stool sample, they poked her for a blood sample, they gagged her for a throat culture, they x-rayed her, then at the end she had nothing left to give, so they had to poke her again for a urine sample. What were the results of all these fine tests, negativity. She was negative on everything, Mr. Lincoln wasn't even there. So we have to wait for one more test to get back and otherwise, clean bill of health, except for all the diarrhea and fever. Hmmm. I do go on the philosophy of better safe than sorry, so I am grateful for all the things done. At least we know nothing serious is going on.
But on a good note, she did sleep all through the night last night, and that was good for all of us.
I guess it just needs to run it's coarse.
Poor thing.
