I love my aunt Diane. It was really good to spend some time talking with her this past weekend. I have always had a great love and admiration for her, even though we haven't really spent that much time together. But when I do see her, she gives the most amazing hugs that make you feel like she has been waiting forever just to see you.
We talked about our callings, to which we share a sameness. She talked to me about a training she attended while serving on the Primary General Board where Elder Kikuchi spoke and talked about purifying and sanctifying ourselves.
As long as we are doing that, everything else will fall into place. We will recognize when the spirit is speaking to us and teaching us. We will know the Lord's will for us and for the responsibilites to which we are given stewardship. He will give us the ideas and words we need to say, when we need to say them. We will fulfuill our responsibilities according to His will.
Seems so simple, and difficult at the same time. Yet true and monumentally important to our own eternal progression.
