So I should be cleaning my house or something while my kiddos are asleep, but I couldn't help but document this little bit of info. you know, for posterity sake.
Did you watch Pete's Dragon when you were a kid? I just loved this movie as a kid and still love it today. I loved that he had a dragon that helped save him from the Gogans (they were so funny, "Oh Petey, Petey, Petey, Petey, tehe). I love that Mickey Rooney was in this movie. And of course I loved Nora. I think my brother really loved her, I just love her cause she helped save Pete. And she just seemed really nice. Well, I didn't know for a long time that Helen Reddy was a famous singer in the 70's as well. And when I discovered that she sang this song. . . .(take a listen to what is playing right now, yes, I know, did you know she sang and wrote this song?!)
Now that's a great song. Helen, you go girl, woman power all the way.
