So I am feeling pretty good tonight. For dinner we had chicken, sweet potatoes, and veggies.
Yeah, that feels really good to document this great dinner. (Shhh, don't tell anyone that the chicken was Mickey chicken nuggets and the sweet potatoes were fries. Don't worry the veggies were real.) Just trying to keep up with that really small "fat" intake part of the pyramid, oh wait, that's not part of the pyramid anymore, crap, there goes my health plan.
