Dear Summer,
I am so grateful for your warm sunshine and long days. I am so grateful for the warm nights and the sound of crickets as I drift off to sleep. I am grateful for yummy vegetables from the garden and the smell of fresh mown grass. I am grateful for your awesome evening thunderstorms. I am grateful for fun family vacations that your season brings. But I am most thankful for time with my kids and the opportunity to spend the days together and to laugh, and cry, and fight, and have fun, and fight, and swim, and fight, and cry, and love, and fight some more. Come to think of it, I am grateful for you, but I am also grateful for Fall. See you next year.Love,
