And it came to pass . . .

T:  "I know you have been busy."
Me:  "How?"
T:  "You haven't posted on your blog for a while."

Well, Tiff, this post's for you!

“She smiles, and her eyes look as if they can see back into her memory, into all the things that have gone into making a person what they are.”
 ~Lois Lowry

There are lots of times when life is hard.  There are times you may want to give up.  So many times that you may say, "what the heck am I doing?"  Where is that book on perfect parenting?  Where is the book on perfect step-parenting?  How again do I make my kids do what I want them to do?  And at the very moment you may feel that it's too hard, you can't do it anymore, you remember that without the good times and the bad times, you wouldn't be the person God intends you to be, so you tell yourself to buck up, dry your tears and get to work!

So many things have happened since my last post.  Wow!  Trips to Vegas, lost teeth, awards at school, plays, soccer games, baseball practice, family surgeries, yard work, scout awards, new grand baby, leprechaun trap, flowers, selfies, fender bender, homework, school plays, and so many more things.  Life is fun and good and full of adventure!  We are a product of our experiences, and I am so grateful for my experiences and the people all of us are becoming.
