So, I just did a music post, but in light of our lecture today, I just have to post music again!
When Dr. Coyne asked what song was us, the Jim Brickman song "Love of my Life" was the first song that came to my mind. I love love love lots of songs, so I was surprised when this was the one that I first thought of.
I love this song because it talks about love, life long love and what is real. I am a realist and strive to look at life for what it really is, mostly unsuccessful, but I try anyway. This song reminds me, or at least makes me think about being loved for who you are and that the love felt is real. And in life, the most important thing is to feel good about who you are, about what you are doing, and about the love of those around you. So good!!
