On August 16, 2008, Grandma Curtis, George's mom, passed away. And I wanted to post a couple of pictures in her memory. Since Buddy and I have been married, I have really only spent a handful of times with Grandma, but I always enjoyed the time I visited with her. I first met her when Buddy and I were engaged and she was up visiting, and we would have really nice conversations out on the back porch. And then when Will was 4 weeks old we went to Nauvoo and stopped in Kansas to visit with her and Buddy's uncle Fred. And there were a few more times when we were visiting Utah and Grandma was there as well. The last time we saw her was in Nov. 2005, so she only knew Emma as a baby and she never met Tyler. But we sent pictures and periodically she would call and see how we were doing.
I feel a little guilty that we didn't try to spend more time with her, but I treasure the memories I do have.
